Warranty
Granite is a natural stone, and by nature varies in color and pattern. While pictorial depictions on this site of the different colors are actual photographs, there could still be some variance in precise colors and patterns. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding the products sold by Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations as to their fitness for any purpose or use. We do warrant that the product will be free from defects in craftsmanship and/or finishing, providing that notice is provided to us within 30 days of delivery along with any requested proof of the defect. Any liability arising in any way out of this sales transaction shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the product(s) purchased. In no event shall Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations be responsible for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages; however caused, or alleged to have been caused.

Returns Policy
Any product to be returned must have prior authorization from Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations for the return, and as to the reason for the return. Returns may be made only for pre-approved reasons, and will be shipped back to Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations at the customer’s expense in an undamaged condition.
Upon acceptance of a preauthorized return, Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations will credit the credit card or debit card used to make the original purchase. If the purchase was made by any other means than credit/debit card, Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations will refund the purchase price by company check issued within 2 weeks after the return has been accepted.

Shipping Policy
All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, and will be added to the sales price of the product. Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations will ship all orders within one week of the order being placed and payment received, per the shipping orders of the customer. Damages, such as cracks or breakage, which happen during shipping, shall be the responsibility of the carrier; and notification should be made to the carrier by the customer immediately upon discovery. Inland River Trading, LLC / Granite Novations will not be responsible for the damages, and will not be responsible for the cost of the replacement product or shipping the replacement product, unless it is proven that the damage occurred prior to shipping.
